This aromatic honey and milk bath is a wonderful way to honor a mother and seal her body and birth experience |  Honey and MilkWe use organic almond milk, organic honey and lavender essential oils. This mixture promotes comfort, relaxation and also aids in softening/moisturizing the skin |

 Sacred Tuck-In and Blessing WayThe entire pregnancy and birthing process is about "opening", spiritually, mentally and physically. Once the baby is born the body needs "sealing" or closing that which has been opened and is raw and vulnerable. |  What happens in a Sacred Tuck-in?The Sacred Tuck-In consists in laying on a comfortable surface on top of scarves that are placed in essential parts of the body: eyes, shoulders, abdomen, hips, knees and feet. Then a whole body "rub-down" is performed with warm organic sesame oil. Warmed flax seeds + lavender packs placed down the body and tucked in with the scarves |  Sacred Belly BindingBelly Binding is a process to which a woman's abdomen is bound with a long piece of cloth, shortly after giving birth. It serves many functions but fore-mostly aids in warming + closing the postpartum body |  Belly firming pasteThe Belly Firming Paste contains many warming ingredients, which stimulate blood flow to the abdominal area and result in firming, toning and strengthening of the internal muscles along with tightening lose skin.  When can a ceremony be performed?The Postpartum Sealing Ceremony can be performed around the 2nd week postpartum. Even if you had a baby couple of years ago, you can still be honored and pampered for all your body and soul has done to bring your baby to this earth. It's never to late to honor yourself! The sealing ceremony and the belly binding can still be very beneficial, physically and emotionally speaking.
